About Shruti Vigyan

Making the eternal wisdom of Sanatana Dharma accessible to everyone — whether you were raised in a temple or are discovering these teachings for the first time.

Our Story

Shruti Vigyan was created to make the eternal wisdom of Hinduism accessible to everyone — whether you were raised in a temple or are discovering these teachings for the first time. Our goal is simple: bring the Bhagavad Gita, sacred mantras, and living traditions of Sanatana Dharma to anyone who seeks them, in a form that is clear, beautiful, and respectful.

We believe the wisdom of the Vedas and Upanishads belongs to all of humanity. Thousands of years of philosophy, devotion, and lived experience have been passed down through teachers, families, and temples — and we want to help carry that forward into the digital age, without losing its depth or its heart.

Our Mission

Accessibility

No Sanskrit PhD required. Every mantra, verse, and concept is explained in plain language that any reader can understand and use in daily life.

Authenticity

Our content is grounded in traditional sources and respected commentaries. We honor the full breadth of Hindu tradition — not a watered-down version of it.

Depth

Not just facts — meaning, context, and living relevance. We want every page to leave you with something you can carry with you.

What We Offer

  • Scriptures — The Bhagavad Gita with verse-by-verse translation, word-by-word breakdown, and commentary drawn from traditional sources.
  • Mantras & Daily Practice — From the Gayatri Mantra to the Hanuman Chalisa, with phonetic transliteration so you can chant with confidence.
  • Deities & Their Stories — The divine personalities of the Hindu pantheon, their significance, worship practices, and the stories that bring them to life.
  • Festivals & Rituals — The meaning behind every celebration, from Diwali and Navratri to regional traditions that rarely make it into books.
  • Philosophy — Karma, Dharma, Moksha, Brahman, Atman — the great ideas of Hindu thought, explained clearly and without jargon.
