Bhakti Yoga

श्रीभगवानुवाच |
Those who fix their minds on My personal form and who always engage in worshipping Me with great and transcendental faith — I consider them to be most perfect in yoga.
ये तु सर्वाणि कर्माणि मयि सन्न्यस्य मत्पराः |
But those who surrender all actions to Me, who regard Me as the supreme goal, and who worship Me through undivided devotion, meditating on Me —
तेषामहं समुद्धर्ता मृत्युसंसारसागरात् |
For those whose minds are fixed on Me, O Arjuna, I am soon their deliverer from the ocean of birth and death.
मय्येव मन आधत्स्व मयि बुद्धिं निवेशय |
Fix your mind upon Me, engage your intelligence in Me — you will live in Me alone hereafter, without a doubt.
अद्वेष्टा सर्वभूतानां मैत्रः करुण एव च |
One who hates no creature, who is friendly and compassionate to all, who is free from possessiveness and ego, who regards happiness and distress equally, and who is forgiving —
सन्तुष्टः सततं योगी यतात्मा दृढनिश्चयः |
Ever satisfied, always engaged in yoga, self-controlled, of firm conviction, with mind and intelligence offered to Me — such a devotee is very dear to Me.
